OneMat Returns
To complete a return/exchange/refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
In an unlikely event if any product you have received is defective or unwanted, please reach out to us at email@onemat.com.au within 30 days of purchase. We will assist you further.
Once we receive your return request, we will initiate the request within 1-2 business days.
If you receive a faulty product from us (for online purchases a product is defective or damaged in transit on delivery to you,) return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will inspect the product and if we agree that the product is faulty and unlikely to have occurred through abnormal use, we will, with your agreement, replace the product with an identical product. If we are unable to provide you with an identical product, we will, with your agreement, refund the purchase price (and delivery price, if any).
REFUND POLICY
If you change your mind about a product you have purchased from us, you can return that product to us within 30 days of purchase and we will happily refund the original purchase price of that product provided the product and packaging is in its original condition.
Any cost incurred by you in returning the product to OneMat will be borne by you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you chose to receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We will process the refund in 1-2 business days from the day your return product reaches our warehouse and passes our QC guidelines. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 5 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider.
RETURN UNACCEPTED
Once we receive the product, we will check it for being unused and undamaged and also have the original packaging in place. In case the received item does not meet the above conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
